Mission Statement
To continue the development of an organization, which excels at establishing personal long-term customer relationships through knowledgeable and professional service oriented employees.

The primary mission of the First National Bank of Rogers, a division of FNBFS is to sustain a consistently high return to its shareholders while serving the needs of our customers, employees, and the community. Profitability and rate of return of the organization is considered to be a by-product of the mission statement.

Our pledge is to manage entrusted resources, as stewards, to God's glory and for the benefit of the bank's owners, customers, community, and staff.
