Is this like online Internet banking?
The Mobile Banking user experience is similar to an online
Internet banking session. However, this application is strictly
designed for a mobile device. This dynamic design allows the
pages to be spatially presented for mobile size screens; not
only making the user experience more efficient, but also more
pleasing to the eye. Further, the design of Mobile Banking
limits key strokes by primarily driving the application via a
mobile directional device of some kind (i.e. arrows, trackball,
touch screen, etc.)
Is there a cost to use the product?
No, the Mobile Banking system is just another added benefit
to having Online Banking with First National Bank of Rogers, a division of FNBFS.

No, another benefit of a browser-based solution is that
there is no required application to be loaded or data stored on
the mobile device.
How is my personal information protected?
Since Mobile Banking is a browser-based solution, no
personal information is stored on the device. Further, all
personal information stored in the bank's system is encrypted
with advanced encryption technology. Lastly, authentication to
the system consist of multiple levels: standard username /
password and challenge phrase validates your identify as well as
authenticates the site you are being directed to.
