Can Online Banking accounts be shared?
For security reasons, we recommend that each user have a unique user name and password.

Can I transfer funds between my checking and savings accounts, and make Bank of Rogers loan payments?
Yes, however savings withdrawals are governed by Federal regulations.

How far back can I obtain statement account information?
Three months worth of statements and six months of transaction activity will be stored online.

What are the minimum software/hardware requirements?
Access to the internet with a browser that supports 128-bit secure encryption. We recommend using Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, allowing you to take full advantage of all of the features of the Bank of Rogers web site. Downloads for Internet Explorer

What is the difference between Available and Current balance?
Available balance includes any overdraft line of credit and any transactions that are pending at the time of your inquiry. Current Balance is your balance as of the close of business on the previous business day.

What is Mobile Banking?
Mobile Banking is a browser-based, mobile banking application that can be accessed from any cell phone or mobile device with an Internet browser.*

How does it work?
Mobile Banking uses wireless browser technology to display pages for account balance viewing, searching transaction history, and transferring funds between select accounts at First National Bank of Fort Smith. Because it is browser-based, any mobile device with an Internet browser can connect to the system.*

Is this like online Internet banking?
The Mobile Banking user experience is similar to an online Internet banking session. However, this application is strictly designed for a mobile device. This dynamic design allows the pages to be spatially presented for mobile size screens; not only making the user experience more efficient, but also more pleasing to the eye. Further, the design of Mobile Banking limits key strokes by primarily driving the application via a mobile directional device of some kind (i.e. arrows, trackball, touch screen, etc.)

Is there a cost to use the product?
No, the Mobile Banking system is just another added benefit to having OnlineBanking@fnbfs.com  with First National Bank of Fort Smith. However, please consult your wireless provider for costs associated with accessing the Internet on your mobile device.

Do I need to load any software on my cell phone or mobile device?
No, another benefit of a browser-based solution is that there is no required application to be loaded or data stored on the mobile device.

How is my personal information protected?
Since Mobile Banking is a browser-based solution, no personal information is stored on the device. Further, all personal information stored in the bank's system is encrypted with advanced encryption technology. Lastly, authentication to the system consist of multiple levels: standard username / password and challenge phrase validates your identify as well as authenticates the site you are being directed to.

A new 24-hour information line is now available to customers of Bank of Rogers.

You must fill out the application form and return it to any one of our conveniently located branches. You must select a Personal Identification Number (PIN) so you alone can access your account information by telephone. When we receive your application form, we will check your signature against the signature card we have on file for your account(s). Upon verification, we will mail you an Information Line instruction brochure. Use of the PIN number provides total security when you use the Information Line.
